      This home is fantastic. Professionals, athletes, entertainers, or those with exclusive taste. Almost 2,000 feet of six foot wall encloses this 4½ ACRE compound. Enter through key-pad controlled gates to a broad pavered drive.
       
      Dream home finishes and fixtures. Versailles Travertine. Five star island kitchen. Thermador gas stove, pot filler, three ovens, two dishwashers and all in stainless steel. Bar stool seating for eight. Lavish living spaces. Wonderful family wings. Media room. Guest casita with home gym upstairs. Main house is 7,628 Sf. and casita is 782 sf.
       
      Expansive grounds with a private 9 hole miniature golf course, sport court, in ground trampoline, playground, waterfall pool, built in rock slide, swim-up bar, outdoor fireplace, firepit, horseshoe pits, koi pond, and a very large gazebo covered poolside gas grill. Incredible southern vistas with 50 mile views, 20 foot ceilings, and theatre room. The home also includes 6 satellite receivers and the theatre with seating for 11.
       
      The home is equipped with 2 king beds, 6 queen beds, 2 twin beds and 3 quality roll away beds with standard twin mattresses. There are also 5 fold out pads that work well for kids. The home is fantastic and has something for everyone.
       
      There are 7 bedrooms including the studio casita and the media room can also be used as a 8th bedroom because it has its own bathroom. Every bedroom has its own private patio, double sinks and walk in closet. The rooms are very large and this home has everything a large group could want in a vacation. The home features a 9 hole miniature goofy golf course, 3 horseshoe pits, swim up bar for 6, rock water slide, private sport court, large bbq and outdoor kitchen under gazebo, fooseball, air hockey, pool table, 13 tv's, 125"projector screen, heated pool and spa, outdoor fireplace and fire pit (gas), playground and trampoline. There is no other rental like it anywhere in Arizona. This one is awesome!!!!

      Here's some additional bedroom info.

      The house has (br #1master=1 king), (#2 = 1 queen), (#3= 1 queen +1 twin), (#4= 2 queens) , (#5= 2 queens) and (#6 studio casita= 1 king bed). We also have 3 quality roll away twin beds with real mattresses. They are just like regular beds but can be stood up and rolled into different rooms. There are also a couple fold out mattress pads from costco as well. They are 4 inch thick foam wrapped in vinyl and suede.

      In total the home is equipped with 2 king beds, 6 queen beds, 2 twin bed and 3 quality roll away beds with standard twin mattresses.

      There are 7 bedrooms including the studio casita and the media room can also be used as a 8th bedroom because it has its own bathroom. Every bedroom has its own private patio, double sinks and walk in closet. Two sets of bedrooms have Jack and Jill toilet and shower areas. Bedrooms #1, #2, #3, #6 are on the main floor. Bedrooms #2 & #3 and #4 & #5 each have a j&j toilet and shower but they do have there own private double vanity sinks and walk in closets

      The 3 night weekend rate is the same cost as the 4 night rental except during th summer months. Please feel free to call and discuss.

      Transportation Services

      Available for our guests a Limousine and Party Bus service with reduced rates. The limousines and busses seat from 2 to 40 passengers. They have large screen tvs, built in bars, great blue tooth sound system, fog machine, dance pole, multi color lighting system and much more. The rates run as low as $120 per hour for limousines and as low as $160 per hour for party buses (rates do not include fees and driver gratuity). They are available for golf trips, casino trips, clubbing, Old Town, airport, Sedona, Grand Canyon, water parks and any other location. You will enjoy the ride together in one luxury limo and not be concerned with the very strict DUI laws in Arizona. See photos on this website. We also have Airport Limousine Service for as low as $175.
